The Management of HSG Holdings Inc have decided to change
the corporate name to Ignitia Corporation.
10/20/08 – Homosassa, FL – The
management of HSG Holdings Inc., announced today that they have decided
to change their corporate name to Ignitia Corporation. Chairman and CEO
Fareed Warrad states reasons for this decision is based on their efforts
to stream line their brand initiative and marketing efforts as well as
the name "Ignitia" was the original name that the management operated
under prior to the 2007 merger of Ignitia I.T. Solutions and WebNotica.
"We feel that the time is now, to re group, to better
position our selves in the information technology industry." said Mr. Warrad
during the press announcement. "We have already begun filing with state
regulatory officials for the change in our articles of incorporation."
Mr. Warrad expects the name to officially take effect
November 10, 2008 as the company completes the filing processes. "The
hardest part of this change is notifying everyone we deal with about the
change." Mr. Warrad continued. "All our customers have always known us as
Ignitia, it is our vendors and affiliates that will have to adjust during
this transition."
The company expects to be working with all of it's
vendors and affiliates to help ease the transition to the new name.
"Hopefully this will be the last time we change our name" Mr.
Warrad said with a smile. "We've done this a few times in the past, so we're
familiar with the procedure."
The company will also expect their corporate website to
transition from

www.ignitiacorp.com as well as the corporate email
address that were associated with
www.hsgready.com,
www.hsgworryfree.com to transition as well.

HSG Announces the Launch of Emagine Press, a full
service literary publishing company.
October 17, 2008 – Homosassa, FL – On Friday the
management of HSG Holdings, Inc., announced the immediate launch
of a full service literary publishing company known as Emagine
Press. Emagine Press will be managed and ran by the same
management of HSG. CEO Fareed Warrad said in a statement Friday,
that he expects a time period of at least two years before
Emagine Press releases it's first publication. For more
