HSG Chooses Arden, North Carolina as Future new Home Base. Plans to relocate are underway.

August 1, 2008 – Homosassa, FL – On Friday Chairman & CEO Fareed Warrad announced that HSG has chosen Arden, NC as their new home base. Last week HSG announced their intentions to relocate to another state and reveled their two options, one being St. Louis, MO, and the second being Arden, NC.

HSG will begin searching for a partner I.T. service provider to take over local Ignitia ACS and IBS customers. HSG will continue to service Webnotica customers. HSG plans to make the transition to Arden, NC as smooth as possible and has set a deadline on the calendar in hopes to complete the transition by Early to Mid September 2008.

Mr. Warrad, in the press conference, indicated that the transition will not effect third party warranty company affiliates as HSG will begin re-servicing the existing contracts in the Arden and Ashville, NC areas. The management of HSG are excited about the future of I.T. services and just as they changed the way Citrus County Florida customers thought about I.T., they plan to do the same in Arden, NC.
