HSG Plans Corporate Relocation. St. Louis, Missouri &
Arden North Carolina sited as possible choices.
July 25, 2008 – Homosassa, FL – On Friday Chairman &
CEO Fareed Warrad announced that HSG plans to relocate its
corporate headquarters and operations to another state. St.
Louis Missouri and Arden North Carolina where two possible
choices sited during the announcement. The decision comes on the
heels of the announcement of the recent buyout of 1000
previously outstanding shares of HSG from Casey Christensen and
is aimed at the expansion of the company.
"Citrus County Florida has served as an excellent home for
our company up until now" Mr. Warrad said. "With the county's
economic downturn we need to take drastic steps to insure the
proper growth and expansion of our company"
HSG opened it's doors in Citrus County 5 Years ago as Novian
Computers, prior to the merger of equals with PC IGNITION Phone
Tech Support Services. "We hate to leave our local client base"
continued Mr. Warrad. "But in order to insure the possibility of
the availability of future services we need to make the right
decision now"
HSG is currently looking for partner service providers to
take over current client accounts and active warranty and
service contracts. No immediate action is required on the
client's part. HSG will announce its choice by early August 2008
and hopes to initiate it's move by mid to end of August 2008.

HSG Signs Affiliate Sales Agreement with Tiger
Direct. Plans to merge Online Sales Division of Ignitia
Computers & Electronics underway.
July 18, 2008 – Homosassa, FL – On Friday Ignitia, a
service brand of HSG, partnered with Tiger Direct to sign an
affiliate sales agreement to merge Ignitia Computers &
Electronics online sales division with Tiger Direct and begin
allowing Ignitia customers to purchase Tiger Direct products
directly off of
www.ignitiasolutions.com. Now I.C.E.'s online customers can
have access to Tiger Direct's superior product line and customer
service!
Local Citrus County, Florida customers can still call Ignitia
to place a "Product Search & Quote Request". "We want our
customers to know that they are not going to be forced to buy
products from our new affiliates if they choose not to" Said Mr.
Warrad, Chairman and CEO of HSG. "They may still call their
service agent and place orders the way they have done in the
past"
HSG Purchases all 1000 outstanding shares of HSG from
Designs By Casey Founder Casey Christensen.
July 11, 2008 – Homosassa, FL – On Friday Chairman &
CEO Fareed Warrad announced that HSG will be buying back all
1000 Outstanding shares previously owned by Former COO &
President and now Founder of Designs By Casey, Casey Christensen
for 92 cents per share. The transaction completed on July 11,
2008 making HSG Holdings, Inc wholly owned and independent.
HSG to shut down Ignitia Mobile, PC Geekz Networks.
Will also dissolve remaining travel business assets.
July 9, 2008 – Homosassa, FL – On
Wednesday Chairman and CEO Fareed Warrad announced due to the
economic downturn the company will begin dissolving divisions
such as Ignitia Mobile (joint venture with Sonopia/Verizon
Wireless), and has abandoned it's PC Geekz Networks domain name
and assets. HSG has also yet to sell off it's remaining travel
business assets.
HSG management will also hold off on it's plans to re-launch
it's File Grabber Now service until no later then early 2009.
The current remaining divisions include
- Ignitia ACS (Advanced Computer Services)
- IBS (Ignitia Business)
- Ignitia CE (Ignitia Computers & Electronics)
- Ignitia/WebNotica Services
"The economic downturn has made it extremely difficult to
focus on anything but our core business operations" said Mr.
